Tetbury, is an example of a beautifully historic Cotswolds wool town. Compact and easy to walk around, it is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty and was previously home to His Royal Highness, The Prince of Wales, now The King.

The centre of Tetbury is a conservation area graced with a plethora of fine stone buildings, many of which are the original wool merchants’ houses appearing as much as they did when built some 400 years ago.

Home of the Church of St Mary’s, whose elegant spire can be seen from all approaches, and the picturesque, ochre-washed Market House, one of the best surviving pillared market houses in England.
