The Royal Dining Collection

Food is at the heart of many family events and the royal family is no different. Prince Philip was known to be the master of the barbecue and loved donning his chef’s hat for their family alfresco meals at Sandringham and Balmoral.

State dinners were obviously more formal occasions and required absolute attention to detail both with the menu planning and the precise positioning of every knife and fork and wine and water glass.

Her Majesty the Queen oversaw all of the menus for these occasions and encouraged her chefs to source as many of the ingredients from the local estate. Darren McGrady said that she loved to see her own produce on the menu.

Our master of etiquette, Lord Maurice Fermoy, will share his experience of the many formal royal occasions that he attended and will even share snippets of his conversations with her Majesty when he and his wife most recently had lunch with the Queen at Windsor Castle.

Your clients can immerse themselves in the royal ways and etiquette and relax as they are waited on by their personal butler.
