The Cotswold Brew Co story began in 2005. Emma and Richard Keene, the founders of the business, went against the grain of the UK brewing industry by taking up a challenge that few others were attempting at the time: to start a brewery that would produce a high-quality British lager full of flavour as well as bringing new life to the style.

They have devised recipes which have showcased the diversity of the style. Starting with their classic 'Premium Lager’ because they want to give people more choice, flavour, and enjoyment from their beer.

Each Cotswold Brew Co lager takes six weeks to brew from start to finish, including a four week ‘lagering’ process. They take the utmost care to ensure that your favourite drink tastes great from the first to the last drop, as non one wants to settle for anything less than premium.

If you love beer and want to learn more about lager, take a visit to the Cotswold Brew Co for a tour and tasting session.

Expert guides will teach you all about the history of the Cotswold Brew Co and how larger is brewed. They will also take you on a tour of the brewhouse where you will then be able to try a selection of the lagers.
