Taking place in the hub of the distillery, begin your experience with a tour and tasting where you will learn about the history of gin and its distilling journey. The Head Distiller will share their knowledge with you as you discover the processes which create their hand-crafted gins.
After your tour, enjoy the most important part of the session, tasting! Learn about the different flavours in each gin, and understand why different flavours go so well together, pick your favourites and learn why your taste buds react to those flavours.
Following the tasting, you will move to the gin school, with a G&T in hand, where individual copper stills will be ready and waiting for you. Experts will be on hand to provide guidance and advice, choose from over 100 botanicals to create your own unique gin.
