Experiencing Midsomer

§  Henley on Thames is home to Causton Courthouse, the butchers and antiques shops and Midsomer Regatta

§  Hambleden and Turville are two of the most famous and filmed villages in England

§  The beautiful, yet notorious, churches of Turville, Watlington, Little Haseley and Warborough

§  The English village pubs, which have featured in every episode are happily featured throughout your visit. The most recognisable ones are all included from The Lord Nelson to The Plough and, the most famous, The Six Bells, also known as The Quill Inn, The Black Swan and the Luck in the World.

§  No English village would be complete without its multi-functional Village Hall, and Midsomer devotees know just how important they have become to so much of the crime solving in Midsomer. Lewknor and Great Haseley will be instantly recognisable as will others throughout your visit.

Visiting Midsomer

We want you to experience Midsomer in your way. However, to make it a little easier (as there are a lot of locations to choose from) we have created a 1-day experience and a 2-day experience that you can use as guides. Some of our guests follow the proposed tours and others make some changes, so please do feel free to make any suggestions.
